Which payment methods are accepted?

Major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card are presently accepted. PayPal payments are also accepted. We do not currently accept bank transfers, Bitcoin, money orders, cash on delivery (COD), personal or electronic checks.

How can I utilize gift cards, apply discounts, and use my points for redemption?

Simply add a discount code, gift card code, coupon, or reward point to your basket, click "checkout," and the total amount of your item will appear on the right side of the screen. There will be a box showing your available reward points and a button to apply the points during checkout, above the subtotal and shipping cost, where you may input your discount or gift card code.

Can I use discounts once my order has been placed?

We are sorry, but once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Prior to making a payment, customers must enter the code at the checkout. Additionally, discounts cannot be combined for a single order. Kindly remember to use your discount before finishing the transaction!

How much time does it take to get a refund?

If ShoesFa has repaid you for whatever reason, the money will appear on your account or card in around three to five business days.

We use USD to process every order.

Your cart's contents could appear in a different currency, but you'll be paid in USD using the current exchange rate.
