Return and Refund Policy

A complete 60-day money-back guarantee is offered on all things purchased from ShoesFa, with the exception of customized or personalized items (see below). You can return the item to us for a complete refund if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

It is possible for your artwork to have small or subtle alterations because each of our paintings is handcrafted and frequently custom ordered. It's possible that your artwork differs somewhat from the one you ordered. It won't be precisely the same, but it will be close. We guarantee that the work we do will be of the highest caliber and that it will be a stunning artwork, just as you had imagined.

Personalized or Customized Items

Items that are personalized or customized cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are received faulty. 

Swapping Items

Please be aware that we can only offer a free exchange for an item once. A 60% restocking charge, calculated on the item's original cost, will be applied to any further exchanges for that item.

Returning Items

Items returned must be brand-new. There shouldn't be any use indicators, such scuffs or grime. Packing and boxes for the original items must be included in the return shipment. Unless the item is faulty, in which case we will pay for the shipping, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item to us. Any exchanged goods will be sent back to you at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

After inspecting and confirming the condition of the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued within 5 business days from the date we receive and verify the returned product.

Order cancellation or modification

You have 24 hours from the time you make your order to get in touch with our customer support team and ask for an order cancellation or change. Your order has entered production and cannot be changed beyond the 24-hour period.

Order is inaccurate or damaged

We at ShoesFa are working hard to guarantee order accuracy and product quality. It is possible, nonetheless, that you will get an inaccurate or damaged goods. Thank goodness, it's really unique! If that's the case, though, we provide free replacement orders or refunds for any damaged products to ensure that every client is completely satisfied.

Your order number and a clear photo displaying the wrong item or the damaged portion of the item are all we require. To arrange for a replacement or refund, please email [email protected] to one of our friendly support representatives!

No order was received

Please use our Contact Us page to get in touch if your item is not delivered within 14 days of your order placement in order to arrange for a free replacement or to get a complete refund.(Note that this policy does not cover late package deliveries or mistakes committed by consumers when entering erroneous shipping information on their order(s).)

Please be aware that used items are not returnable or exchangeable. Items that are brand-new and unopened and that a client has successfully received within 60 days can be returned or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted beyond sixty days from the date of receipt.
