The Aime Leon Dore x New Balance 993 “Taupe” is one of two colorways of the popular lifestyle shoe designed by the New York based clothing and lifestyle brand and New Balance in February 2022. The “Taupe,” along with the brown-and-green “Beef & Broccoli” inspired New Balance 993, were originally released by Aime Leon Dore and New Balance in small quantities in November 2021 before re-releasing again globally in February 2022. The design features a blue mesh base that’s contrasted with taupe-colored premium pigskin suede and dark brown leather overlays. A tonal “N” logo appears on either side of the shoe and “Aimé Leon Dore” branding is located on the heel. Additional branding appears in the form of “Made in the USA” embroidery on the tongue. An ABZORB midsole provides all-day comfort. Release date: February 10, 2022
