Damaged Products:

Return Timeframe:

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.
Before Shipping: Order Cancellations & Refunds:

You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel or adjust it by sending us an email. Once your order is processed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we’ll issue a refund within 1-3 business days.
After Shipping:

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange items if they have defects.
All returned items must be in the original condition; we cannot accept returns of damaged, worn, or unclean items.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you can choose the carrier.
Return Procedure:

Contact us at [email protected] with your return reasons and your preference for a refund or exchange.
We’ll provide return instructions and the refundable value of the product.
Once approved, provide us with the return package’s tracking number.
Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the product. If everything checks out, we’ll contact you regarding:
Exchanges: Receive a discount coupon for swapping your order with another product, while still receiving a refund.
Refunds: The refund amount will be credited to your credit card.

Once we receive the returned package, we’ll initiate the refund process. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect.
