The Nike Mac Attack “Red Crush” is a colorway of the classic tennis shoe with red accents. Debuted in 1984 and worn by tennis star John McEnroe in the mid-1980s, the Nike Mac Attack was one of Nike’s first non-basketball shoes to achieve mass popularity. As for the design of the “Red Crush” more specifically, the shoe features a white mesh base with white leather overlays. Red Crush-colored leather Swoosh branding appears on the side to match the Red Crush leather collar. The shoe’s signature checkerboard-patterned logo tag appears on the tongue.
